So guys lets start--
Just open Run(win+r)

Then Type-"gpedit.msc"

Hit enter
Then You will see a new window open.
Then select..
>Computer configuration
>Administrative templates
>Network
>QoS Packet schedule
then double click on "Limit reservable Bandwidth"
after this a new open..


Do Enable.

and

Change Bandwidth-in to "0"
.
Then OK 

And Restart Your Internet and see effect....
